Meet your Retreat Facilitator

“A week of intentional self-care can be the reset you’ve been longing for.”

I’m Lynsea.
I offer a variety of holistic practices and have been in the wellness industry for over two decades. Of all the ways I support others, retreat facilitation is where my work feels most alive and aligned.

In February 2025, I co-facilitated a women’s wellness retreat in Costa Rica with Goddess of Light Retreats. That experience truly affirmed my calling to hold sacred space in this powerful land.

For more than a decade, I’ve facilitated regular wellness retreats, workshops, and sacred ceremonies at HEART Retreat, an equine-assisted therapy farm in Ontario, Canada. This ongoing work has shaped my grounded and compassionate approach to leadership and my ability to create safe containers where people feel seen, heard, and supported. It has also given me the gift of working with the powerful presence of the herd and honoring the wisdom that horses bring into our healing spaces.

I’m especially looking forward to facilitating retreats during this special Year of the Fire Horse — a year that encourages us to step into what truly makes us feel alive.

Through Pura Vida Paradise, my intention is to help you remember the importance of sacred self-care, the natural rhythms of the earth, and the gentle wisdom of living a pura vida life — rooted in presence, balance, and heart.

In my retreats, I weave sacred ceremony, heart-centered practices, and somatic awareness to create a nurturing environment where you can slow down, reconnect with the earth, and honour your own needs. I’ve seen how transformative it can be when women give themselves the space to rest and simply be. For many, a week of intentional self-care becomes the reset they’ve been longing for.
