Our home for the retreat is Casa Hermosa Vista ~ House with the beautiful view A luxurious estate sanctuary in Atenas, Costa Rica.

This private sanctuary offers sweeping 360-degree views overlooking the Central Valley, Poás Volcano, and the surrounding coffee country.

Nestled within an elite gated community, Casa Hermosa Vista is designed to support deep rest, spaciousness and ease.

Surrounded by lush landscape and expansive mountain views, the estate provides a calm and welcoming environment where days unfold gently, mornings invite quiet reflection, afternoons allow for rest and connection, and evenings have a serene glow. Here the natural rhythm of the land encourages you to slow down, breathe deeply, and fully Embrace the Pura Vida lifestyle.

wHATS INCLUDED

• Six (6) nights accommodation at Casa Hermosa Vista, a stunning private estate in Atenas, Costa Rica
• Daily Meals featuring a Breakfast buffet each morning with local, mostly organic ingredients, smoothies, and chef prepared or catered lunches and dinners on site. Please note: Two dinners at local establishments are not included in retreat rate.
• Ground Transportation to/from the San Jose, SJO airport & Casa Hermosa Vista at scheduled times. Please note: we can assist with scheduling transportation if you arrive after the scheduled shuttle departure times, however an additional transportation fee would be paid by the attendee. We also provide transportation to/from all scheduled eco-tourism activities, excursions & scheduled off site meals.
• Excursions Step into paradise at Hermosa Beach, enjoy time relaxing and a catered Sunset dinner on the Beach while taking in the expansive views of the Pacific ocean. Experience an immersive day that starts at Poás Volcano and leads into an afternoon in the rain forest watching wildlife while soaking in the breath taking views at La Paz Waterfall Gardens Nature Park & Animal Sanctuary.
• Holistic Treatments Sound healing and Massage Therapy
• Restorative Practises Guided group meditation, MARI© transpersonal art therapy, Mala bracelet making, reflective journaling and gentle somatic movement.
• Sacred Ceremony a Costa Rican Cacao Ceremony, and Full Moon Ceremony

wHATS NOT INCLUDED

• Your round-trip airfare to and from the San Jose, Costa Rica Airport and your home
• Any (optional) hotel stay(s) before and/or after the retreat. Post-retreat time on-site may be available.
• Transportation to/from retreat center outside of scheduled times.
• Beverages (including any alcoholic beverages) outside of the retreat center inclusions.
• Dinner off site at 2 different local establishments.
• Travel, personal and medical insurance (highly recommended).
• Travel Agent services is available through our preferred agent for an additional cost of $50.00 per person.
